My Approach
I specialize in deep-processing modalities that help you "reset" without needing a million words to get there. Whether we are addressing old patterns or current stressors, we’ll use tools that target where tension is actually stored:
• Brainspotting & EMDR: Specialized techniques to process stress and trauma at the brain level.
• Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT): An innovative option for breakthrough healing.
• Integrated Therapy: A mix of IFS, ACT, and CBT tailored to your specific needs.
